Be careful of Site 123 who host this web page - they have just had me over! image

Site 123 have refused to stop my renewal payment (before it has been processed) and to take this site down, Bob is no longer available for holiday lets, the site bought me zero traffic last year and is not worth the money. Wix.com do a much better service at £30 a year as oppose to Site 123 at £203!
Bob was a one bedroom mobile home available for holiday let, there is everything you need there for a comfortable stay and you even have your own private garden. There was a Shepherds hut in the garden which is available as an extra bedroom at additional cost

There will be fresh eggs available from our hens and fresh vegetables from our garden when in season!

camping

Camping is also available and there is a toilet and shower by the camping field ( we do remove the sheep!)

Devon!

We also have a lovely little holiday let in Widecombe in the moor, Dartmoor. Devon! www.yourhayloft.com

Roberta

Roberta is a two bed mobile home with stunning views and will be available to let this season. Completely self contained with one single and one double bedroom, spacious sitting room and decking area where you can sit and watch the sun go down over the north downs

Show days

If you are booked in on show days and would like me to get you tickets for the show - just ask!

The down side!

Waffles farm is a lovely place, we have wonderful views and are central to many interesting places to visit - however - the cockerels can be a little noisy in the mornings, so can I on show days and we do live a little under the flight path of Gatwick (fantastic if you are a plane spotter!). We don't notice any of it and we will do our best to make sure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay!

Bob

Bob is available to rent for £300 per week Roberta is available for £350 per week

The Shepherds Hut

The shepherds hut is only available with Bob and is an extra £150 per week

Camping

Camping is available throughout the summer months. £5 per tent, £10 per camper van (sheep will have left the site by the spring!)

Waffles Farm is the home to a small flock of sheep, lambing in February and March. We show our rare breeds during the summer months and enjoy the odd tractor runs with our vintage tractors. Guests are welcome to join in with anything that is going on or if you prefer to just take it easy in the garden that is fine too! We are not far from the coast if you fancy a stroll around the lanes of Brighton and our nearest town of Horsham has a Saturday market and plenty of places to eat! If you don't want to venture too far Rusper Village boasts two excellent pubs and is only a short walk up the road.
